Step 2- Whatsapp us photo/video on 9427161610 : If the contents are found damaged/unusable or in an inaccessible condition, customers are required to send the recorded video or instant photo via mail.

Step 3- Review of claim within 24hrs: Once the contents of the package are assessed by the team, a coupon code will be generated and sent to the customers via mail.(within 24hrs)

Step 4- Get NO COST coupon code: The coupon code shared with the customers must be applied at the time of reordering to ensure replacement at no cost/zero rupees.
